This workshop will demonstrate how hypnotherapy and NLP are effective aids to sports performance and will include a group hypnosis session.
These techniques have been used successfully in sports performance many years. In 1962 the Olympic Committee tried to ban the use of hypnosis for athletes as they felt it gave them an unfair advantage!
The workshop is provided by Gary Oke of Oke Hypnotherapy. Gary has worked with a large number of amateur and professional athletes in a wide range of sports including Boxing, Muay Thai, Football, Rugby, Golf, Rock Climbing, Olympic Sailing, Paralympic Basketball, Archery, Shooting, Badminton and Tennis.
